Step 1: Set Up Your Account

Before getting started, it’s helpful to review some key terms we use to describe features in the Checkout Flow.

Product

An activity or accommodation that a customer can book, with details like name, description, pricing, availability, and images.

Widget

The booking interface (the “Book Now” flow) that you embed on your website so customers can book directly.

Rate Plan

A specific pricing option for a product that defines how much a customer pays and under what conditions (refund policy, included features, restrictions).

Guide Listing

A profile that is created to host your Checkout Flow account and widget. You can edit details on your dashboard.

The first step is to set up your Checkout Flow account via your Payments dashboard. Login here and click "Try Checkout Flow" on your dashboard.

You'll then be asked to set a password for your Checkout Flow dashboard as well as some other details.

Once you've filled out these details, you'll land on your Checkout Flow Dashboard. This dashboard is designed to give you a comprehensive view and control over your bookings and services.


Your Accommodation

  • View, Edit, and Create Your Accommodation Products: Here you can handle everything related to your accommodation offerings. Update your room details, add new types of accommodations, or make changes as required.

Your Activities

  • View, Edit, and Create Your Tours and Activities: This section allows you to manage all the details of your tours and activities. You can add new offerings, edit existing ones, and customise them to fit your business needs.

Rate Plans

  • View, Edit, and Create New Rate Plans: Here you can configure your rate plans which are specific pricing structures that you apply to your products (rooms or activities).

Recent Bookings

  • View Your Upcoming Bookings: Stay updated with your latest bookings, check guest details, and prepare for their arrival
