Congratulations on the approval of your Checkout Flow application! Now that you're all set, the next important step is to familiarise yourself with the Checkout Flow Dashboard. This is where you'll manage your products, pricing and availability.
How to use your Checkout Flow Dashboard
First, you need to login to your dashboard through your Guide business profile here.
If you don’t have a business profile on The Guide, you'll need to create one first before you can use Checkout Flow. Contact us at hello@tab.travel and we'll help.
After logging in to your profile on The Guide, you will land on your Checkout Flow Dashboard. This dashboard is designed to give you a comprehensive view and control over your bookings and services.
Your Accommodations
View, Edit, and Create Your Accommodation Products: Here you can handle everything related to your accommodation offerings. Update your room details, add new types of accommodations, or make changes as required.
Your Activities
View, Edit, and Create Your Tours and Activities: This section allows you to manage all the details of your tours and activities. You can add new offerings, edit existing ones, and customise them to fit your business needs.
Rate Plans
View, Edit, and Create New Rate Plans: Here you can configure your rate plans which are specific pricing structures that you apply to your products (rooms or activities).
Recent Bookings
View Your Upcoming Bookings: Stay updated with your latest bookings, check guest details, and prepare for their arrival
Set your Pricing Currency
Before you can start creating your products on Checkout Flow, you'll need to select your pricing currency. You can choose your local currency, or almost any other currency of your choice. This currency will normally be the same as the currency you already show your prices in.
Before you select your Pricing Currency:
Set it right from the start: Once you set a currency on your account, you won't be able to change this setting so ensure you choose one that suits your business needs.
Customer payment options: Selecting your pricing currency doesn't limit the currency options available to your customers. During the booking process via Checkout Flow, customers will be able to select their preferred currency when they pay.
How to set your Pricing Currency
In the "Settings" tab of your Checkout Flow Dashboard, you'll find the "Checkout Settings & Rate Plans" option where you can select your pricing currency.
It will automatically be set as USD but you can change this by clicking on the dropdown.
