We send payouts directly to your bank account each week, if your Tab available balance is above your minimum payout threshold.
As a reminder, for Advance Bookings, money is added to your Tab balance after your customer checks in, and is available for your next payout. For in-person payments, funds are added to your Tab account balance immediately.
To receive a payout automatically, your available balance must be above the minimum payout threshold of USD $500. This threshold helps us to keep our prices low, by not sending low-value payments.
If your Tab account balance is below this amount, you can also request a one-off payout via your online dashboard.
The minimum payout amount for manual payouts is USD $100, and must be requested before Sunday midnight UTC. Please note that we cannot always process low value payouts - for example if you do not have a local currency bank account.

Why can't I see the "Request manual payout" button?
The manual payout request button will only be visible after we have sent your first payout to your bank account.
Therefore, if this is your first deposit or you have added a new bank account, you will not see the button. You can always send us an email requesting a deposit.
What happens if I request a payout after the Sunday midnight UTC deadline?
We won't be able to send a payout if it is requested after the Sunday midnight UTC deadline.
If you would still like to receive the payout in the payout cycle of the following week, you don't need to request again as the current request will remain in the system.
How can I send a payout to another bank account?
If you have more than one bank account linked to your Tab account, you can request a manual payout to another bank account for either the full amount or a specific amount.
