How do payouts work?

Automatic Payouts

Every Sunday at midnight UTC, we review your available balance. If it's USD $500 or more, we will send your payout to your bank account on Wednesday, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it's sent. If your balance is below USD $500, it will roll over to the next week.

Manual Payouts

If your balance is below USD $500, you can still request a manual payout. To do this, go to your 'Account' page and select 'Request Manual Payout' (available after your first payout). For step-by-step instructions, click here.

For manual payouts:

  • Minimum request: USD $100

  • Deadline: Submit by Sunday at midnight UTC for processing on the upcoming Wednesday

Please note:

  • Requests over USD $100 by Sunday midnight UTC will be processed on Wednesday

  • Requests over USD $100 after Sunday midnight UTC will be processed the following week

  • Requests under USD $100 will be deleted

When do Funds Become Available?

In-person payments (using our app) and payments for completed services (using the Bill feature) are added to your available balance immediately.

Advance Bookings are added to your pending balance when the customer pays and will be moved to your available balance after the customer checks in. For instructions on checking in Advance Bookings, click here.
