We send payouts direct to your bank account each week, if your Tab available balance is above your minimum payout amount. 

For Advance Payments, money is added to your Tab balance after your customer checks in, and is available for your next payout. For in-person payments, funds are added to your Tab account balance immediately.

The minimum payout amount is USD $500. This minimum helps us to keep our prices low, by not sending low-value payments.

Even if your Tab account balance is below this amount, you can also request a one-off payout by going to your 'Account' page and clicking on 'Request Manual Payout' (this is only available after you've received your first payout).

The minimum payout amount for manual payouts is USD $100, and must be requested before Sunday midnight UTC. Please note that we cannot always process low value payouts - for example if you do not have a local currency bank account.

At midnight UTC every Sunday, our system will measure your available balance.

We will send your payout on the following Wednesday, and you will receive an email to confirm the amount we have sent you.

If your balance is below your payout threshold, it will simply roll over to the next week.

Payouts typically take 3-4 business days to arrive in your bank account.

However, some banks (especially smaller banks) may take an extra 1-2 days to process incoming international payments.
