Advance bookings are held by Tab until the date that your customer arrives, to protect customers and your business.
Once your customer has arrived, you need to check in the booking to move the payment from your pending balance to your available balance. It's then ready to be paid out to your bank account.
To check in your customer:
Login to your Tab account: account.tab.travel.
On your homepage, at the top you should see a section called "Available to Check-in".
Find the transaction that you would like to check-in and click "Check-in".
Or, search for the customer name, click on the transaction code and select "Check-in now".
