You can take payment in advance for a booking by creating a payment link to send to your customer.
Here's how:
Log into your Tab account dashboard at account.tab.travel;
Click on the green 'New Payment' button.
Select 'Advance Booking Link';
Fill out the form and click the green 'Create Booking' button and you're all set! You can send the link automatically via email, manually or via WhatsApp.

Once the customer pays, the funds will be instantly added to your Pending Balance. Advance Bookings are held by Tab until the date that your customer arrives, to protect customers and your business.
Once your customer has arrived, you need to check-in the booking to move the payment from your pending balance to your available balance. You can find instructions on how to check-in a booking here.
