Understanding Rate Plans is essential for effectively managing your offerings on Checkout Flow. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of using Rate Plans and editing pricing, to ensure all of your products have the right daily pricing.
Editing Rate Plans
Everything related to your active prices is managed in the Pricing and Rate Plans tab within each specific product.
Every date has exactly one price. What you see on the grid is exactly what the guest pays.
For Day-by-Day Changes: Use the Edit Pricing button on the grid to change specific dates.
For Large-Scale Changes: Use the Bulk Edit tool. This also allows you to update multiple rate plans at once.
Setting the Future (Ongoing): When using Bulk Edit, you can toggle the "Ongoing" checkbox. This "stamps" your new price structure onto all future dates as they are generated.
Saving Your Changes: Always click Save after editing a plan's details. If you have updated prices via the grid or Bulk Edit, those changes are applied immediately to your live calendar after confirmation.
Activating Plans
Turn on Existing Plans: Scroll to the Inactive Rate Plans section at the bottom of the product page and click "Turn On."
This process helps in streamlining your offerings and ensuring guests have all the necessary information to make their booking decisions.
