The payment link option on the Tab for Business app is a great way to take contact-free payments once your guests have arrived.

Your guests can scan a QR code, or you can email them a payment link.

As with all app payments, you should only use this method to charge your guests when they have already arrived. If you'd like to charge your guests in advance, you should use our Advance Bookings feature.

1. Enter the amount

Open the Tab for Business app on your phone or tablet (available for iPhone/iPad and Android).

Click 'Send Payment Link'.

Then enter the amount you'd like to charge, and type in the customer's name.

2. Show the QR code to your guest

Your guest can scan the QR code with the camera on their own device. Their device will then open a link for them to enter their card details and pay.

3. Or email the payment link to your guest

Alternatively, you can also email this payment link to your guest. You need to enter your guest's email address, and then Tab will send them the payment link automatically.

4. Your guest completes the payment process

Tab will send email receipts to you and your guest to confirm that the transaction is complete.
