Yes, lots of businesses use Tab to take payments from OTA customers.
If you would like to take a payment in advance, you can simply send a Tab payment request link to your customer using the email address given by the OTA.
If you've received your customer's card details from Booking.com or Expedia you can also charge their card directly (according to your Booking.com/Expedia Terms and Conditions). You can read more about how to do this in our support article here.
You can also use Tab's in-person payment feature to take payment from your customer when they check-in or check-out.
